IN MICROSOFT WORD 2000/ 2002/ 2003/ XP

Open a Word document that you wish to spell check. Then, select "Tools", and "Options."

In "Options", select the "Spelling & Grammar" tab.

In "Spelling", put a check mark in the "Always suggest corrections" box. Remove any check mark from the "Suggest from main dictionary only" box. Also remove any check marks from the "Hide spelling errors in this document" box. Then, click on the "Dictionaries" button.

 In Custom Dictionaries, click the "Add" button, browse to the file path "C:\Users\Public\01Inductel\spellers\Word2010", and add your new custom dictionary.

The Inductel dictionary may, or may not, be named Med2012.dic depending on which Inductel product you have.   It could be named Combo2012.dic.

After adding your new custom dictionary, put a check by each one you wish to have active during your spell check. Then click on OK to exit "Custom Dictionaries." You are ready to run a spell check. Please note, a maximum of ten custom dictionaries may be active at one time.

Verify that your new speller is working. Key in some test words.

Medical speller key in: abrachia, Celebrex, and sternocleidomastoid. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.

Legal speller key in: ab initio, judicata, legitimum, respondere. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.

Sci & Tech speller key in: abrachia, Celebrex, and sternocleidomastoid. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.

Combination speller key in: abrachia, Celebrex, and sternocleidomastoid. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.
