SPELL CHECKER ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS

Activating your new speller is simple. Import a special dictionary from us to your word processing app. Then enable the special dictionary. Here, we provide the instructions how to do that. Please read the following instructions and then execute them using your word processing app. So open your word processing app now. Remember! Follow this set of instructions. Apply them in your word processing app. Let's get started.

1. Start Microsoft Word, and open a document. 

2. Select "Word" then "Preferences." 

3. In "Preferences", select "Spelling & Grammar."    

In "Spelling", place a check by "Always suggest corrections", and remove any check from the "Suggest from main dictionary only."

Then click on the "Dictionaries" button.

4. In "Custom Dictionaries", click on "Add..."  You're going to add your Inductel custom dictionary.

5. In "Add Dictionary", browse to the "WordMac2016" folder.   The full path to that folder is:

Open "Options."  Enable all files, select  the Inductel custom dictionary, and hit "Open".

Your Inductel dictionary could also be named “Combo2017.dic” depending on which Inductel product you have.

6. In "Custom Dictionaries", place a check mark in the box by your Inductel custom dictionary. Click "OK" to exit "Custom Dictionaries". Click "OK" to exit the "Preferences" window.

7. Verify that your new dictionary is working. Key in some test words.

Medical spell checker key in: abrachia, Celebrex, and sternocleidomastoid. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.

Legal spell checker key in: ab initio, judicata, legitimum, respondere. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.

Sci & Tech spell checker key in: abrachia, Celebrex, and sternocleidomastoid. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.

Combination spell checker key in: abrachia, Celebrex, and sternocleidomastoid. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.

Done!
